How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email customerservice@apcplc.com to request a refund and we will give you a reference number.

2. Mail your returned item to: (you must contact us before returning any items)

As per the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days when complying with the above conditions.
